Julie Niehoff with Constant Contact

Julie Niehoff has more than 15 years in technology marketing. In
her role as Sr. Regional Development Director at Constant
Contact, Julie’s primary focus is on education. She speaks at
conferences and facilitates seminars and workshops for small
business and nonprofits and is responsible for managing training
and development for Constant Contact’s regional education
programs. Julie was formerly Director of Interactive Marketing
for the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau. She later launched
her own successful consulting business and co-founded an online
resource website for event planners. Julie’s presentations are
designed to help small businesses and nonprofits incorporate
technology into their marketing plans, finding creative,
affordable, effective strategies for building strong relationships
with their customers and member base.

Larry Carstens with VR Business Sales
Larry Carstens has had a career that is highlighted by his
ownership of three very successful startup businesses that
include commercial finance, delivery services and distressed
asset acquisitions.  He has held the position of Marketing Director
for a Commercial Finance Company, was a Sr. Vice President of
a major bank with responsibilities that included management of
the Asset Based Lending Audit Department and the management
of a multi-million dollar portfolio of assets.   He has also worked
as a portfolio manager with the FDIC’s Division of
Liquidations.

    are as follows: Business Solutions Center, BizAid, Information
    and Referral, Special Events, BizOpen, and www.
    ExploreLocalAustin.org. In general, the City of Austin’s Small
    Business Development Program (SBDP) provides information
    and resources to small businesses (both start-ups and
    existing) so they can succeed in a competitive business
    environment.
